Booking clarifications
Weekend Booking: Arrive Friday after 4pm. Stay Friday and Saturday nights. Depart Sunday before 10am.
Long Weekend: Arrive Friday after 4pm. Stay Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. Depart Monday before 10am.
Week Booking: Arrive Monday after 4pm. Stay Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Depart Friday before 10am.
Full Week Booking: Arrive Monday after 4pm. Stay Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Depart Sunday before 10am.
All Yurts are set up to accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. An extra child can be added however this will incur a £10 charge per night. The additional bed in these circumstances will be a high quality camping bed with all bedding.
Please respect our check in time of 4pm and check out time of 10am
Payments
A deposit of 25% of full price is required on all bookings. All bookings must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. If the final payment isn’t made in this way your booking will be cancelled and the deposit paid will not be refunded.
Cancellations
If you should need to cancel your booking we will be happy to refund your deposit less a £50 admin charge. If the full balance is paid (6 weeks before your arrival date) we will be unable to issue you with a refund unless we can re-let your holiday, in this case we will issue a refund minus a £50 admin fee. If you cancel your booking within 2 weeks of your arrival date we are unable to offer you a refund.
A Few Rules
Bloomfield is a small, quiet site. We ask that you respect other campers, our neighbours and wildlife in the area.
Please respect our 10pm – 8am quiet period.

There is to be no smoking of any kind in any of the buildings on site at all times.
If you choose to play music please be considerate to our other guests by keeping your music low and tasteful.
We must be made aware of any visitors to the site prior to their visit.
Any damage caused on site due to mistreatment must be paid for.
As much as we hate to say it, if we believe these rules are being taken advantage of then you may be asked to leave without a refund.
Solar power
Please be aware that Bloomfield is off grid and relies on solar power. This can be unpredictable and may effect the supply of power in the facilities block and the connection to Wi-Fi. Unfortunately this is out of our control.
Adverse weather conditions
In the unlikely case of extremely high winds all yurts must be evacuated for your own safety. If you are unable to return to your yurt for the remainder of your booking then a refund for these missed nights will be issued.
Safety on sight
Children must be supervised at all time around the lake area. There are floatation aids around the lake should they be needed.
Camp fires must only be lit in the fire pit provided and must be attended by an adult at all times.
Parents/Carers are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children at all times on the site.
Bloomfield Glamping does not except any responsibility or hold any liability for any accidents, injuries or damages during your stay.
When booking a holiday with us you are confirming that all of our terms and conditions have been read and will be upheld by all members of your party.
